14 Jan Chemistry PR Partners with Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina to Promote Culinary Revamp
Chemistry PR is honored to be working with Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina and KSL Resorts to introduce four new eateries unveiling as part of the $100 million renovation of the property located along San Diego Bay in the heart of the harbor.
Rumorosa, a Cali-Baja inspired restaurant, is destined to become the signature all-day drinking and dining experience and will open in early 2024. Capturing the essence of both sides of the border, the menu will feature an array of inventive and authentic Baja dishes using locally sourced fish from Point Loma such as aguachiles, tortas, and tacos, served alongside updated all-day classics.
The cocktail program will feature libations crafted using regional spirits, freshly squeezed juices, and house made citrus cordials creating colorful and elaborate sippers, with a particular focus on agave and sugarcane-based liquors, and aguas frescas.
